Please understand that Witch Camp is a boutique retreat experience with a limited amount of spaces available. We need to stay firm in our refund policy so that we can continue to hold Witch Camps in the future.
Refund requests before 90 days prior to the start date of the retreat (April 10, 2025 or prior) will be fully refunded minus a 20% processing fee.
After 90 days (April 11, 2025 and further dates), there are no refunds.
If we have people on the Waitlist, we'll do our best to replace you, but we cannot promise this. In the event that we do find someone on the Waitlist to take your spot, your money will be refunded once we have received the full payment from there person taking your place. If unforeseen circumstances occur (ex. injury, illness, work issues, family emergency, etc.) you're welcome to find someone else to take your spot.
No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
