A Little of My Story
I began one-on-one coaching in the Winter of 2006, broadcast to 180 countries around the world on an Emmy-Award Winning Episode of MTV's MADE. In the episode, I coached Andrea, who was a high school student struggling to fit in. My method of coaching was to help guide her to activate her truest self and stand in her own power by connecting with her core dreams, instincts and personal values. I did this through action-based rituals, spells and assigned "quests".

The Witch's Compass is different from therapy because we put the focus on what you DO want. Together, we envision your dream life, then we set clear actionable steps forward. In my practice, I use a combination of divination for you (such as tarot reading, oracle objects & runes) and infuse it with custom rituals and spells designed to boost your life journey. One of my favorite things to do is to assign homework of personal "quests" that you can embark upon to further vitalize your gorgeous life.

The Supernatural Scarf: What Is It and How Does It Work?
The creation of the Supernatural Scarf activates Ancestor Work in The Witch's Compass. The act of knitting, of creating and crafting, while we are discussing your greatest dreams, your magick intentions and your future visions, captures those high and powerful vibes into the scarf itself.
We access the powers of color magick in our first deep dive Witch's Compass session and then you choose your Supernatural Scarf Color:
- The Ghost (Mauve): New Beginnings, Tapping Into Psychic/Witch Powers and Intuition.
- The Crow (Black): Standing in Your Power, Protection, and Courage.

In our four sessions together, we are preparing you for the journey of 2025, the Supernatural Scarf becomes an activated relic, a treasured item that is crafted with your unique journey in mind. The Witch's Compass: Four Coaching Sessions Package with Supernatural Scarf
Session One: Divination of My Dream-Self
In this session, I will come to know you through exploration of dreams, intentions, visions. We will explore breadcrumbs and symbols to decide the magic that we knit into the scarf. Cards will be drawn and candles lit. We breathe the first breath into the magic scarf of your story. We choose the color for your Supernatural Scarf (The Ghost = Taupe, The Crow = Black, The Potion = Hot Pink) and then what heart color is calling to you. Together, we develop a pathway visionary board (this can include childhood photos of you, your happiest moment photos, and also images or ideas that you would like to manifest for your future). Together we will uncover a unique word spell charm that I'll be accessing when crafting your Supernatural Scarf.
Session Two: A Soul Song & A Spell Charm
In session two, we grow together as the Supernatural Scarf is knitted into being. With song and story we dive into your true inspiration, back to your child-self, to find your passions and clear paths with intention and ritual. Let's dream, imagine and play! What brings you true joy? What sets your soul on fire? What is your own unique magick? These and other questions unlock the doors to your very best self. Let's discover your secret magick powers to conjure your path of your truest journey. We create sigils and sigil songs bring our spell-scarf alive with vibration and rhythm.
Session Three: A River of Time
In session three, we go on a story journey that opens your mind to the magick that is deep within you - the magick that is part of your DNA (known or unknown) and exists in the foundation of you. We pull forward inspiration from past lives, from the depths of you, and also we reach forward to Future You with time magick to create a more solid, focused idea of who you are and what your path is that is clear and strong. Future You begins to form into a powerful shape as we vision together. We work purposeful magick that clearly pulls your heart intentions to the surface.
Session Four: The Spirit of My Relic
In our final session we complete the circle. We will connect with the spirit realm for reliquary blessings, we connect with your ancestors, guides and helpful spirits of loved ones. The map has been drawn. We see the path ahead with clarity and with action. During our time together, we have formed your journey "sign-posts" - these are the guiding cornerstones of what you truly commit to in this life. What is the heart of your story? What is most important? Now, for our final ceremony - we light a cauldron of frankincense and myrrh as you speak aloud your own magick intention and vows that we have crafted together through vision work. We call the Spirits together for your Supernatural Scarf to bless your relic and we name the scarf of your story.
