The Empress year offers a juicy journey in which the ritual practices and workshops open the gateway to the senses and elevate your magick experience. 

• The Six Gates Initiation Ceremony of the Empress.
  
  • The Empress thrives in the realms of the natural (and supernatural) senses. There is unlimited power and magick within you and all around you on the realm of Earth and also in the realm of the Spirits. When we engage all of our senses, we can tap into this deep and ancient magick.  As you step into the senses with a new appreciation, you will see your own magick with new eyes. The world of the Wild shall open the doors to new possibilities in the Story of Your Life. 
• The Ceremony of Raw Crystals, Louisiana Mud and the Mississippi River: Invoking the Wild.
  
  • The Empress gets her powers from the lush earth. In this ceremony and witchcrafting group session, we will explore the deep and ancient magick of raw aura crystals, as we use them to help channel past life memories of our legendary magick. Just like crystals power time pieces, we as Witches use the crystals to power us through time. This deep exploration of the gems of the earth will also incorporate working with the healing powers of Louisiana mud and the power of the Mississippi River to activate deeper magick.
• The Circle of the Muses of Desire & Royal:
  • We gather at the crossroads of Desire & Royal - what a personal expression of the Empress Herself! In this nighttime circle, we gather as a coven to delve into the secrets of sex magick. We will perform a charisma circle spell to enchant our beings and to elevate our inner selves as Love Witches and Empresses in our own right. Get ready to feel the powerful sizzle of your own unique magnetism. 
• Witch. Glamour. Ritual.
  
  • Prepare to see yourself in a whole new enchanted light. There is Witchcraft in the art of photography as it can capture time and image to elevate our own powers. This offering is a high ritual of capturing the essence of your own Empress. It is my pleasure and honor to announce that the legendary Witch photographer, Amanda Valentine and celebrity make-up artist, Jessica Saint are going to bring out your own unique "Empress" in a custom, solo photoshoot that will forever remind you of how badass you truly are. 
• Your Body as a Temple - Esoeroticism: The Ritual:
  
  • It's happening! Crimson of Minx + Muse (Austin, TX) is coming all the way to New Orleans to introduce you to the powers of Esoerotic Magick! You will channel intention, movement and invocation to find presence in our bodies and connection with our sensual selves. Our embodied journey will include personal reflection, somatic release, and sensuous expression through both guided and self-led dance and movement. (Esoeroticism is esoteric intention (internal, mystical combined with erotic embodiment (sexual, sensual). Simply put: Esoeroticism is a way to access sexual energy outside of intercourse.)
• The Empress Ceremony.
  • Together as a coven, we will perform a High Ceremony of Magick, in which each Witch has a vital part as something they have built, remembered from a previous lifetime or gleaned during the week. We come together as Empresses across lifetimes.

The Witch Camp Creed

Witch Camp welcomes all levels of experience from brand-new beginners to advanced practitioners. We believe that everyone has their own unique magick to share and also to learn at Witch Camp. This retreat is open to all female, queer, trans, non-binary and two spirit identified people. We foster a climate of purposeful inclusion, an environment where all can feel safe, valued, cared for and given an opportunity to form meaningful connections with each other. We cherish the diversity of humanity, a diversity which includes differences in age, race, ethnicity, natural origin, range of abilities, sexual orientation and gender identity, because when we learn and share our unique experiences in a thriving, safe community, that's where the real magick happens.
